Dog Walking - Cleaning Up After
Your Pets - Although we all agree it should not be necessary for the
board to discuss this, we still have property owners walking their dogs
and allowing them to do their business on other people's lawns.
Pet owners, please carry
plastic bags with you on dog walks and clean up after your pets.
Beginning immediately, anyone spotted walking dogs without a plastic bag
in hand will result in that property owner being fined $50 per
occurrence, or $100 per occurrence if they don't clean up after the dog.

of the California Chateau Website is our front gate cameras online. Go
to the password section to view a live video of the front gate. You can
even view gate history back a few days. Contact a board member if you
don't know the password. Hint: (gate codes)
Reminders:

Please Park
vehicles off street. Parking is not allowed on the sides of homes.
Trailers, boats and RV's are only allowed to remain for short
periods of loading and unloading and must be stored off-site.

trash cans away promptly and place them all out of view when not on
the street for pick-up.
